From Crunching Numbers to Changing LIVES.

I spent over a decade helping business owners do two things: 1) grow profit and 2) pay less tax. I was good. Like really good. But in 2023, I lived out an arm wrestling match between family presence and financial provision. I fought it for a year. Then, chose obedience over sacrifice and sold my firm.

A few weeks after the ink dried, I realized the spreadsheets were never the point. The real work was in helping people see their value, claim their voice, and lead from a place of purpose.

Today, I speak, coach, and consult — working with leaders, entrepreneurs, faith-based founders, and mission-driven professionals to align their zone of genius with how they serve and succeed.

What I Believe

You don’t have to choose between profit and purpose.
Reverse charisma is a cheat code to healthy relationships.
Your gifts make room for you. But, clarity gives them power.
Authenticity isn’t a vibe. It’s a strategy.
God didn’t give you a calling to keep you comfortable.
Work/Life balance doesn’t exist. It’s about harmony.
Growth requires addition and subtraction.
Specialization is for insects.
There is zero demand for “average”.
O-O-S is the movement.

Husband & Girl Dad

Robert is a husband and dad to three girls (<1, 2, 4). In his free time, you can find him shooting hoops and playing pickleball. He lives in Charlotte, NC with his family. His social media followers know him as @girldadcpa and he shares dad hacks, family moments, financial tips, and a lot of laughs.
